    To help us safely dispose of your waste, please avoid placing the following hazardous materials into our large waste bins. By following these guidelines, our team can safely service dumpster rentals in and around the local Chester County, PA community.   • Don't Get Fined! When Is a HOA Approval or Permit Needed for Dumpsters?
    Before renting a dumpster, consider where it will be placed. If you plan to place it on a public street, you'll likely need a permit from your local township. Remember, each area has different rules and regulations, so whether you live in West Chester, PA, or Coatesville, PA, it's important to check with your local authorities. Similarly, if you live in an HOA community, you'll need to get their approval first before scheduling your rental rental services with us. Please note: Simple Waste Disposal does not handle permit acquisition or HOA approvals.
  • How Do I Choose the Right Size Dumpster for My Project?
    When you call or fill out a form for our dumpster rental services, our dedicated team will guide you in selecting the right size container. We understand that every project is unique, so we'll assess your waste requirements based on the type of material and anticipated volume. For small projects, heavy debris, or occasional cleanups: We recommend a 15-yard bin. For larger home renovations, landscaping projects, and typical construction needs: We recommend a 20-yard container. For major construction projects, large-scale renovations, and extensive debris removal: We recommend a 30-yard container.
